The night shift clerk named Tiffany is above and beyond expectations towards staff with this hotel! In my eyes.. you will never meet a more friendly and kind lady has I have in her! Highly recommend this hotel

I was struggling to get my things inside the building because I had so much luggage and Tiffany was so polite and nice, she offered to help when she seen me. Ive never been to a motel that had such decent and sweet people that worked there. Also later on that night I came down because I had a problem with my receipt and she had absolutely no issue helping in any possible to fix the situation I had. Thank you Tiffany for being such a polite and helpful friend you truly made my first night out on my own much more bear bearable!

I stayed here Feb 2/4 I enjoyed my stay there thanks to the cleaniest of the room and the staff I believe her name was Tiffany pretty nice sweet young lady very Perfectional love it ill be back perfect area to stay when visiting Mr Ts ruby falls and Rock city along with the Tennessee aquarium and discovery museum
I have stayed at this particular hotel several times and has never had an issue. The area is convenient to local grocery and gas stations. It’s also minutes from downtown. Easy access to the freeway and other local amenities most within walking distance if you so chose. Would definitely recommend for a nights stay. Housekeeping come by every morning to switch out the towels and offer you clean linens.
